Selection of portrait: (Professional
portraits, snapshots, transparencies, digital pictures can all be used). For best possible reproduction, we prefer to receive
the original picture (photo). In addition, picture should be of good and clear quality. Electronic transfer is possible, but
please contact us for transmittal details.

Remember to enclose photo with order.
Alterations:
● Unless otherwise specified, we will determine if the
picture needs to be retouched for purpose of best reproduction results.
● Minor touch-ups, alterations and
background removal and/or changes at no extra cost.
● Please indicate preferred
background. For example: “as is”, white, black, light
blue, light grey etc.
● Picture
with more than 1 pet(s). Single out clearly the pet(s) to be reproduced and transferred to the memorial plaque.
Picture ID. Please mark picture / photo
clearly (on back) with name and address.
Picture will be returned with shipment of memorial
portrait.
Copies of portraits are electronically kept on
file for eventual future reproduction purposes.
Colors: Our portraits are available
in color, sepia
or black & white.
Terms: When ordering, payment in full
is required. Type of payment: By check, money order or credit card.

Mail in orders: Please print out Order Sheet and fill in accurately (step 1 through 4) and include picture to be transferred to the ceramic plaque.

a special order basis, we can also provide larger memorial portrait plaques, porcelain murals etc., as well as image transfer
